NICL ASSISTANT – SELECTION PROCEDURE
NICL Recruitment of Office Assistants
All candidates will have to appear for the online examination, thereafter; candidates will be shortlisted and will be called for Interview and Computer Proficiency Test. Final selection will be made on the basis of performance in the Online examination, Interview and Computer Proficiency Test taken together. Merely satisfying the eligibility norms do not entitle a candidate to be called for Online examination/Computer proficiency test or interview.
The written test will be online and consists of 5 sections.

Candidates who have been shortlisted in the online examination will subsequently be called for an Interview to be conducted by the Company. Interview will be conducted at select centres. The centre, address of the venue, time & date of Interview will be informed to the shortlisted candidates in the call letter.
Written exam marks will be equated to 35. Interview will be of 15 marks. Selection will be based on these 50 marks.
