Know Syndicate Bank PO Exam Pattern 2018:
Syndicate Bank selection process consist of 2 stages i.e, Online Test & Interview. The exam pattern of online exam is as shown below:

Candidates securing overall cut-off in the online written examination will be eligible to take the Descriptive test. The descriptive test is only qualifying in nature. Marks will not be added in the final result.
To Qualify for the Interview, General Candidates must score at least 50% marks in online test and SC / ST / OBC / PWD candidates must score a minimum of 45% marks in online Written Examination.
Phase II (Interview):
Candidates who clear the Syndicate Bank Phase I Written and Descriptive examinations will be called for the Interview Process.
Around 5 times of candidates, the number of vacancies will be called for the Interview Process. That is, 2500 candidates will be interviewed. The qualifying marks for the selection list will be decided by Syndicate bank.
