Pay Scale & Emoluments:
The Scale of Pay for the post of Manager (Scale-I) at present is Rs.23700-980/7-30560-1145/2-32850- 1310/7-42020 (17 stages) plus four stagnation increments of Rs.1310/- each for every three completed years of service after reaching maximum of the scale.
Approximate Gross emoluments at the minimum of scale of pay is Rs. 51647/- (as at May 2019) plus other allowances applicable such as Conveyance Allowance, Newspaper allowance, Telephone Bill reimbursement (CUG), Medical Allowance etc., and other benefits such as Contributory PF, Medical Reimbursement, Leave Encashment, LTC, Medical Aid, etc

Pay Scale:
The Scale of Pay for the post of Staff Assistant at present (on par with IBA scales) is Rs.11765 – 655/3 – 13730 – 815/3 – 16175 – 980/4 – 20095 – 1145/7 – 28110 – 2120/1 – 30230 – 1310/1 – 31540 (20 stages) plus eight stagnation increments at the rate of Rs.1310/-, at a frequency of 3 years up to 5 stagnation increments and sixth, seventh and eighth stagnation increments will be released two years after receipt of fifth, sixth and seventh stagnation increments respectively.
Approximate Gross emoluments at the minimum of scale of pay is Rs.25,395/- (as at May 2019) plus other allowances applicable such as Conveyance Allowance, Newspaper allowance, Telephone Bill reimbursement (CUG), Medical Allowance etc., and other benefits such as Contributory PF, Medical Reimbursement, Leave Encashment, LTC, Medical Aid, etc.
Contract Bond for 3 Years:
Applicable to both (Manager & Staff Assistant) Posts
The candidate, upon selection, must execute a Contract Bond with a liability for the amount (as decided by the Board of Management of the Bank), that, he/she would serve the Bank continuously for a minimum period of 3 years.

Candidate should be a local candidate of the State of Andhra Pradesh.
Candidates from the thirteen (13) districts of Andhra Pradesh, viz., Srikakulam, Vizianagaram, Visakhapatnam, East Godavari, West Godavari, Krishna, Guntur, Prakasam, PSR Nellore, Chittoor, YSR Kadapa, Kurnool and Anantapuramu, shall be regarded as ‘Local Area’ of the State of Andhra Pradesh.

Candidate’s age should be between 20 to 28 Years as on 1st June 2019.
i.e. candidates should not have been born earlier than 02.06.1991 and later than 01.06.1999 (both dates inclusive)

Manager Scale – 1: Graduate from a Recognized University with an aggregate of 50% or above.
Staff Assistant: Graduation from a Recognized University with an aggregate of 40% or above.
Desirable: Preference will be given to candidates who are having Proficiency in Telugu & English languages with computer knowledge (as per assessment at the time of interview).
For GEN / BC: Rs. 590/- (Including intimation charges)
For SC / ST / PC / EXS: Rs. 413/- (Including intimation charges)
The selection of the candidates shall be made on the basis of the Online Test/Examination and interview. The Online Test/Examination will be conducted in English.
All the eligible candidates who apply with the requisite fee and whose applications are received in time will be called for the Online test/ Examination, which will comprise the following:
Online Test/Examination : 100 Marks & Interview – 12.50 marks
There shall be Negative Marking for wrong answers (0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer).
