Junior Officer: 21 – 30 Years
Manager: 25 – 35 Years
Senior Managers on contract for Inspection & Audit: Not more than 62 years
Can Fin Homes Recruitment - Educational Qualification:
Junior Officer
A degree in any discipline from a recognized University, proficiency in data entry / computer applications preferred.
Senior Managers on contract for Inspection & Audit:
Retired officers of Banks /Financial Institutions (either on Superannuation or on Voluntary Retirement Scheme) and not below the rank of Senior Manager (Scale III) at the time of retirement. Candidates retired from service not before 31/05/2017/ retirement period exceeding 2 years.
Manager:
Any Graduate from a reputed University / Institute with minimum 60% marks can apply. Preference will be given for additional professional qualification
Experience: Experience in HFCs / NBFCs / Banks in sales / marketing for a minimum period of 3 years. The candidates with experience in credit sanctioning, monitoring particularly Housing & Mortgage loans will be preferred.
