The Computer-Based Test for the recruitment of CRPF Assistant Sub-Inspector (Stenographer) and Head Constable (Ministerial) posts will consist of one paper with 100 objective-type multiple-choice questions to be attempted in 90 minutes.
These 100 questions will be based on four sections. They are Hindi/English Language (Optional), General Aptitude, General Intelligence and Quantitative Aptitude for a total of 10 marks.
The questions in the Computer-Based Test will be of Intermediate level.

Sections B, C and D will be bilingual questions in Hindi and English.
There will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer. Candidates are therefore advised to keep this in mind while answering the questions.
Marks scored by the candidates in the Computer-Based Test will be normalized and such normalized scores in the Computer-Based Test will be used to determine the final merit and cut-off marks.
