Federal Bank PO & Clerk – Selection Procedure & Exam Pattern

Federal Bank released a Recruitment Notification for the post of Probationary Officer & Clerk vacancies and invites applications from eligible candidates who fulfills the criteria mentioned on the official notification.

Federal Bank not disclosed any details about the number of vacancies and we could believe that this PO & Clerk Recruitment will be conducted to recruit at least 500 to 1000 Vacancies overall.

The online aptitude test will be followed by a psychometric questionnaire for a maximum duration of 15 minutes.

There will be negative marks at the rate of 0.25 for each wrong answer. The qualifying criteria will be decided by the Bank as per its selection/recruitment policy.

The date of Online Aptitude Test for Officers and Clerks is tentatively scheduled on 09th September 2018 at different time slots.

Federal Bank PO & Clerk – Interview & GD

Only the short-listed candidates will be called for the next phase of selection process consisting of Group Discussion (GD) & Personal Interview (PI).

The short-listing of the candidates will be made on the basis of the candidate’s performance in the Online Aptitude Test. The Bank reserves the right to call only the requisite number of candidates for GD & PI, after short-listing as aforesaid.
