Are you a graduate looking for graduate-level posts or teaching posts? Then it’s time to think about a change in exam preparation in terms of in-depth subject knowledge and time management.

The Kerala Public Service Commission may introduce a new change in the exam pattern of the graduate–level recruitment test and for the teaching posts. As per the information, they have decided to introduce a descriptive examination for higher posts such as teaching posts at the level of assistant professor and for graduate–level exams.

Kerala PSC Proposed Changes

  • 50% of tests Online
  • Test for major positions changed to the descriptive method. The descriptive exam for any recruitment depends on the educational qualification set by PSC.
  • Onscreen Marking technique for evaluation.
  • Double evaluation in a bid to make sure the credibility

What do the Aspirants have to do?

What the aspirants have to do is to change the way they prepare for the exam. The Descriptive tests are not as easy as the OMR sheets. Without having in-depth knowledge about the subjects, the candidates can’t write the exam. They also need to improve their writing skills and learn to complete tests in the stipulated time.

  • Stop by hearting
  • Train to improve writing skills
  • Write short and crispy answers without missing points

Candidates can be relieved as there is no official declaration came from the Kerala Public Service Commission regarding these changes yet.  Earlier descriptive exams were conducted for some posts but there were some legal clashes after the result declaration. Even if they are changing the exam pattern, it will take more than a year to implement the changes into action. The sources of the exams are not changing anyway and the candidates can prepare for their upcoming exams with confidence.
