LIFE INSURANCE CORPORATION of INDIA (LIC) has released a Recruitment Notification for the Post of Assistant Vacancies in various regional offices of LIC across India.
A total of 7871 vacancies are to be filled by this Recruitment. Appointment to the post of Assistant for performing the various duties of Clerical Staff including Cashier, Single Window operator, Customer Service Executive, etc.

Age relaxation is applicable to SC/ ST/ OBC/ PWD/ Ex Serviceman Candidates as per rules.
Bachelor’s Degree (10+2+3 Pattern) in any discipline from a recognized Indian University/Institution.
For Others: Rs. 510/- Intimation Charges + GST + Transaction Charges
For SC/ ST/ PwDB Candidates: Rs. 85/- Intimation Charges + GST + Transaction Charges
Payment Mode: Through Online
Selection of Assistant will be done through a two tier process and subsequent Pre-recruitment Medical examination.
LIC Assistant Phase – I: Preliminary Exam Pattern
Preliminary Examination consisting of objective test will be conducted online. The test will have three sections (with separate timings for each section) as follows:

Main examination will consist of objective tests for 200 marks. The objective test will be online. The objective test will have separate timing for every section.
