Tamil Nadu government has decided to remove the interview for some of the posts in the TNPSC Group 2 Exams and the same was quoted in the leading Tamil Daily , “The Hindu Tamil -Thisai” newspaper on 27th November, 2021.
According to the reports, the Tamil Nadu Government will remove the Interview Process from the present TNPSC Group 2 Exams for some of the posts which comes under the “B” Group and might add them in the “Group 2A” category , if the interview is removed in the TNPSC Group 2 Exams.
Lately Tamil Nadu Government has announced the merger of TNPSC Group 2 & TNPSC Group 2 A Exams before the start of the pandemic and the exam has to be conducted in the year 2021 which was postponed indefinitely along with the other TNPSC Exams too.
தமிழகத்தில் அரசின் பல்வேறு துறைகளுக்குத் தேவைப்படும் ஊழியர்களும், அலுவலர்களும் டிஎன்பிஎஸ்சி மூலம் தேர்வு செய்யப்படுகிறார்கள். இதற்காக குரூப்-1, குரூப்-2 குரூப்-2-ஏ,குரூப்-4 என பல்வேறு நிலைகளில் போட்டித் தேர்வுகள் நடத்தப்படுகின்றன.
குரூப்-4 பணிகளுக்கு நேர்முகத் தேர்வு கிடையாது. ஆனால், குரூப்-1, குரூப்-2 நிலையிலான பணிகளுக்கு எழுத்துத் தேர்வுடன், நேர்முகத் தேர்வும் நடைபெறும்.
நேர்முகத் தேர்வு கொண்ட குரூப்-2 தேர்வின் கீழ் நகராட்சி ஆணையர், துணை வணிகவரி அதிகாரி, சார்-பதிவாளர், சிறைத்துறை நன்னடத்தை அலுவலர், உதவி தொழிலாளர் அலுவலர், இளநிலை வேலைவாய்ப்பு அலுவலர், தலைமைச் செயலக உதவி பிரிவு அலுவலர் (ஏஎஸ்ஓ), உள்ளாட்சி தணிக்கை உதவி ஆய்வாளர், கூட்டுறவு சங்கங்களின் முதுநிலை ஆய்வாளர், கைத்தறி ஆய்வாளர், வருவாய் உதவியாளர், பேரூராட்சி செயல் அலுவலர் உட்பட பல்வேறு பதவிகள் வருகின்றன.
அரசின் பல்வேறு துறைகளில் உதவியாளர், நேர்முக எழுத்தர் போன்ற பணியிடங்கள் குரூப்-2-ஏ தேர்வு மூலமாக நிரப்பப்படுகின்றன.
மத்திய அரசுப் பணிகளில் குரூப்-பி பணிகளுக்கு முன்பு நேர்முகத் தேர்வு இருந்த நிலையில், சில ஆண்டுகளுக்கு முன்பு நேர்முகத் தேர்வு நீக்கப்பட்டது. தற்போது குரூப்-பி பணிகளுக்கு எழுத்துத் தேர்வு மட்டுமே நடத்தப்படுகிறது. ரயில்வே தேர்வு வாரியமும் குரூப்-பி பதவிகளுக்கு தற்போது நேர்முகத் தேர்வு இல்லாமல், எழுத்துத் தேர்வு மதிப்பெண் அடிப்படையிலேயே பணிநியமனங்களை மேற்கொண்டு வருகிறது.
இந்நிலையில், தமிழக அரசும்பெரும்பாலான குரூப்-2 பணிகளுக்கு நேர்முகத் தேர்வை நீக்க முடிவு செய்துள்ளது. குரூப்-2 பணிகளில் குறிப்பிட்ட ஊதிய விகிதத்துக்கு மேல் உள்ள பதவிகளுக்கு மட்டும் நேர்முகத் தேர்வுநடத்தவும், எஞ்சிய பெரும்பாலான பணிகளுக்கு நேர்முகத் தேர்வை நீக்கவும் முடிவு செய்திருப்பதாக அரசு வட்டாரங்கள் தெரிவிக்கின்றன.
நேர்முகத் தேர்வு நீக்கப்படும் குரூப்-2 பணிகள், குரூப்-2-ஏ தேர்வின் கீழ் கொண்டுவரப்படும் தெரிகிறது. தலைமைச் செயலக உதவி பிரிவு அலுவலர், உள்ளாட்சி தணிக்கை உதவி ஆய்வாளர், கூட்டுறவு சங்கங்களின் முதுநிலை ஆய்வாளர், கைத்தறி ஆய்வாளர், வருவாய் உதவியாளர், பேரூராட்சி செயல் அலுவலர் (கிரேடு-2) உள்ளிட்ட பதவிகள் நேர்முகத் தேர்வு நீக்கப்படும் பதவிகளின் பட்டியலில் இடம்பெறும் என்றும் கூறப்படுகிறது.
The TNPSC Group 2 Notification will be released soon, once the TNPSC announces the TNPSC Exams. Previously TNPSC has announced that TNPSC would conduct the exam in 2021 as part of the TNPSC Annual Planner.
It is expected that the total number of vacancies for the TNPSC Group 2 & 2 A will be more than 5.000+
