CTC Range: Rs.12.00 lacs – Rs.15.00 lacs with annual increment of 10% on CTC. In addition to
CTC, travelling expense is reimbursable.

– 1st year of contract: Fixed Gross + up to 10% performance based variable pay + up to 10% performance linked Increment (at end of 1st year).
– 2nd year of contract: New Fixed Gross + up to 10% performance based variable pay + up to 10% performance linked Increment (at end of 2nd year).
– 3rd year of contract: New Fixed Gross + up to 10% performance based variable pay.
