Tamilnad Mercantile Bank Ltd is looking for an experienced top-level banker to hold the position of Assistant General Manager (Alternative Delivery Channel).

Position: Assistant General Manager (Alternative Delivery Channel) (Scale – V):
Age: 40 years and above
Qualification: Graduate in IT / Computer Science, Business / Management or Commerce
Eligibility: Assistant General Manager / Chief Manager in Public/Private Sector scheduled commercial Banks.
3 years and above relevant experience in Delivery Channel administration in a bank / financial institution.
Experience with ATMs, POS, Mobile Banking and Internet Banking is highly desirable.
Role of Assistant General Manager (Alternative Delivery Channel):
Cadre Pay and allowances:
Selected candidates shall be posted in Assistant General Manager (Scale-V) cadre. They will be fixed in the following pay scale with applicable DA 59170-1650/2-62470-1800/3-67870
The emoluments during the period of probation will be Basic Pay of Rs.59170/- plus applicable DA (At present Rs.31182/-) and other perquisites like reimbursement of house rent, fuel, entertainment, canteen, newspaper etc., as applicable to the Scale-V officers.
In addition, he/she will be eligible for facilities like Gratuity, Leave Encashment and Leave Fare Concession for self and dependent family members, Hospitalization Expenses for self and dependent family members, group insurance etc. as applicable under Bank’s rules.
The above position would be at Thoothukudi or any other place depending upon the needs of the management.
The candidates should appear for the interview. The Venue, Date and Time for the interview will be communicated to the eligible candidates individually.
