After crossing all the hurdles and clearing the written exam, a student reaches the final stage of recruitment – Personal Interview.
This is when the matter is clinched and the student lands the coveted job. At the Interview, the student faces a volley of questions from the Interview Panel members. Whether the student gets the nod of approval and gets the job, depends on his performance at the interview.
RACE has set up a team of 21 Real Panel Members to train the students to face the interview with confidence. The team is strengthened by the IBPS Panel members and experienced retired Bank officials. this is followed by Mock Interviews which are handled by retd Bank officials with distinguished service record.
Interview Preparation Program before the Mockking it
Before conducting the Mock Interview, candidates who have successfully cleared the written Examination. will be attending the “Interview Preparation Program” which teaches the candidates body language, Do’s and Don’ts before and during the Interview and how to answer for the most frequent questions etc.
We have categorized this program in 12 sessions to develop their personality, Body language, communication etc.
A Real Interviewer with about 30+ year of field expertise will handle the Sessions.
Mock Interview Program with Courage
At the end of the Interview Preparation Program, we conduct at least 5 Mock Interviews with experienced IBPS panel members.
Candidates will be given constructive assessment (Analysis and reviews of each mock interview will be provided separately) based on your performance in every mock interview. So the candidate will be well shaped for the actual interview.
Our senior staff members (Ex- DGM from RBI/NABARD & Retd bank Managers) will conduct Interview Preparation Program for all students who have cleared exams.
As a service to job aspirants we even allow Non-RACE Students to attend Mock Interviews in our Institute with minimal fee.
