Candidates who appeared for the LIC HFL Interview Process are instructed to check the final result through the official website of LIC HFL. i.e. lichousing.com or by clicking the direct link available below.

Step 2: Go to the ‘Careers’ section on the homepage
Step 3: Click on the link that reads, “To View Candidates selected for the post of Assistant Manager“
Step 4: A PDF file will open, Find your roll number in the merit list.
Those who will get appointed as Assistants / Associates and Assistant Manager will be coming under the following pay scale.
Assistant: Starting basic pay of ₹ 13,980/- per month in the scale of ₹ 13980-860(1)-14840-940(2)– 16720-1060(5)– 22020-1230(2)– 24480-1500(3)– 28980-1565(2)-32110 and other admissible allowances as per rules
Assistant Manager: Starting basic pay of ₹ 32,815/-per month in the scale of ₹ 32815 -1685(14) –56405 -1755(3) -61670 and other admissible allowances as per rules
Associate: Starting basic pay of ₹ 21,270/- per month in the scale of ₹ 21270-1485(3)–25725-1665(15)-50700 and other admissible allowances as per rules
There will be a training period of 1 year as Management Trainee before appointment as Assistant Manager from the date of joining.
Candidates will get a consolidated salary of Rs.25, 000/- per month during this training period.
Those who will successfully complete the training period will be appointed as Assistant Manager in Life Insurance Corporation-Housing Finance Division.
