PSB Manager Recruitment - Eligibility Criteria

PSB Manager Recruitment – Educational Qualification

Chief Technology Officer (TEGS VI):

First class Graduate in Electronics/ I.T Engineering/ I.T Systems Engineering/ Computer Science / MCA

Desirable: Post-Graduation or higher qualifications in areas relevant to the role will be given preference.

Graduation and Post-Graduation must be full time and regular

Chief Financial Officer (TEGS VI):

A qualified Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant / MBA (Finance)

Graduation and Post-Graduation must be full time and regular.


Chief Risk Officer (TEGS VI):

A Post Graduate in Applied Statistics/ Statistics/ Economics/ MBA (Finance) Preference shall be given to additional professional qualifications like FRM/ CFA/ CA/ ICWA.

Graduation and Post-Graduation must be full time and regular


Deputy General Manager- Credit (TEGS VI):

Degree in Law (3 years/ 5 years) Post Graduate degree in Law will be preferable.

Graduation and Post-Graduation must be full time and regular

Candidate must be enrolled as Advocate with Bar Council and must be in Scale IV (CM) and have at least 10 years of experience


Assistant General Manager- Law (SMGS V):

Post-Graduation in HR/IR/Personnel Management with a minimum of 55% marks with specialization in Labour Laws and/or industrial relations

Graduation and Post-Graduation must be full time and regular.


Assistant General Manager- Industrial Relations (SMGS V):

Post-Graduation in HR/IR/Personnel Management with a minimum of 55% marks with specialization in Labour Laws and/or industrial relations

Graduation and Post-Graduation must be full time and regular.


Chief Manager- Economic Research (SMGS IV):

Post-Graduation in Economics with minimum 55% marks with specialization in monetary/financial economics or econometrics

Desirable: High levels of skills in quantitative techniques and thorough knowledge of domestics and international financial markets. Preference will be given to candidates having a background in analytics, industry research and macroeconomic forecasting & analysis.


Manager- Law (MMGS II) (Specialist Cadre):

Degree in Law (3 years/ 5 years)

Desirable: Post Graduate degree in Law will be preferable.

Graduation and Post-Graduation must be full time and regular

PSB Manager Recruitment - Selection Procedure

Final Selection will be made based on Written Test, Group Discussion, and Personal Interview results.

PSB Manager Recruitment - Application Fee

SC/ST/ PWD (only Intimation charges): Rs.150/- + Plus GST as applicable

All others: Rs.700/- + Plus GST as applicable

Manager – Law: Rs.600/- + Plus GST as applicable
