The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) is an autonomous body registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 and a public trust under the Bombay Public Trust Act, 1950. It was created with the sole aim of offering its assistance to Indian organisations in the areas of personnel such as selection, recruitment, placement and conducts exam related services on request. It is also an ‘Associate Member’ of the Indian Banks Association (IBA).
