The Reserve Bank of India conducts the RBI Assistant Exam every year to recruit eligible candidates for the post of Assistant in different RBI branches across India. The RBI Assistant Exam 2023 Official Notification for the Recruitment of RBI Assistants was released by the Reserve Bank of India on 13 September 2023 on its official RBI website. The RBI Assistant Exam 2023 will be conducted for a total of 450 RBI Assistant vacancies. According to the updated schedule for the RBI Assistant Exam 2023, the main examination is set to take place on the 31st of December 2023.
The Reserve Bank of India has successfully administered the preliminary examination and will soon publish the results for RBI Assistant 2023 Prelims on its official website. Those who qualify for the RBI Assistant preliminary examination will proceed to the mains exam, slated for December 31, 2023.

The upcoming RBI Assistant 2023 Mains examination is scheduled for December 31, 2023, and candidates who have applied for the 450 Assistant positions in RBI can access their admit cards from its official website, www.rbi.org.in. The RBI Assistant Admit Card serves as a crucial document for identity verification, and candidates are required to bring it along with a matching Photo ID and passport-size photograph, as indicated in the admit card.
Candidates who pass the preliminary exam are invited to take the main exam. Reasoning Ability, General Awareness, Numerical Ability, English Language, and Computer Knowledge are the five areas of the RBI Assistant mains course. Some elements of the RBI Assistant mains exam are repeated from the prelims test. The mains test, on the other hand, includes two extra subjects: computer knowledge and general awareness. The RBI Assistant mains syllabus is more extensive than the prelims test. Candidates must study for the main test by the syllabus. The English component of the RBI Assistant mains exam assesses applicants’ knowledge of the English language. The English curriculum for RBI Assistant mains is provided here.
Easy to Moderate IBPS PO Level Questions will be asked for this exam.
i) The above tests except the Test of English Language will be available bilingually, i.e. English and Hindi.
ii) A candidate has to qualify in each part of the Objective test separately. There will be negative marks for wrong answers in the Objective tests. 1/4th marks will be deducted for each wrong answer. Candidates will have to pass in each of the objective tests. (Cut off marks will be decided by the bank).
iii) Final selection will be on the basis of candidate’s performance in the written examination and interview taken together in order of merit.
